The purpose of this website is to publicize and disseminate the Elda Footwear Museum, and everything related to the Footwear Industry and Culture. The prices of the products and services offered through the web are indicated in each of them, and are subject to the taxes that correspond to the Fundación Museo del Calzado, depending on its activity. Access and/or use of the web renders whoever does it the condition of user, thus fully accepting from that moment on and with no reservations, these General Conditions, as well as the Special Conditions which, when appropriate, complement or substitute the General Conditions regarding certain services and contents of the web.
The user is informed, and accepts, that access to this website does not imply, in any way, the beginning of a commercial relationship with Fundación Museo del Calzado or any of its delegations.

The Footwear Museum Foundation does not grant any warranty nor becomes responsible, under no circumstances, for any damages of any kind deriving from:

-The lack of usefulness, adequacy and validity of the website and/or its services or contents to satisfy the needs, activities or specific results or expectations of the users.
